The Graphic Designer, with the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, is responsible for collaborating with the Creative Supervisor, directors, and other team members to develop compelling and engaging creative visual concepts and design for multiple platforms, print and digital. The key responsibilities include designing direct mail packages, magazines, newsletters, other printed materials, and digital campaigns (emails, websites, and social media) in alignment with brand guidelines, donor experience optimization across all fundraising channels, and fundraising objectives. Summary of Position

Promotes all aspects of Roman Catholic ministry, with emphasis on Marian devotion. Responsible for the management of retailing and merchandising religious materials in Lourdes Grotto Gift Shop. Provides an atmosphere of ministry and evangelization in Grotto Gift Shop for staff, customers, visitors, and pilgrims. Emphasizes the presentation of Marian devotion in displaying and retailing of the merchandise. Establishes and provides customer standards and services; greets customers and provides assistance as needed; responds to inquiries from the public.  Manages and monitors inventory with an automated system to track purchases, merchandise on hand, reorder points, costs, cost mark-ups, selling price, categories of product and quantity. Organizes the warehousing of merchandise and materials in multiple warehouses and ensures security.  Monitors inventory controls, safety, and loss prevention efforts.  Monitors the daily cash register(s) balancing and weekly deposits.  Manages and monitors receiving of merchandise; receives and verifies merchandise with shipping /delivery documents; notes discrepancies on shipping/delivery documents; reconciles PO’s and submits with shipping/delivery documents to the Business Office for payment. Selects, orders, prices, and conducts sale assessments of religious articles and several categories of books:  devotional, spiritual guidance, self-help, marriage and family, young adults, etc. Quotes and procures merchandise from approved vendors list.  Researches, identifies, and conducts meetings, negotiations, and reviews of vendors and religious product lines in accordance with established business guidelines.  Manages, conducts, and annually submits an annual documented physical count of merchandise and inventory. Oblate School of Theology, a Roman Catholic school of Theology and Ministry serving the Southwest United States, invites applications for Professor of Spirituality and Director of the Masters in Spirituality. The position is open-rank and has a preferred start date of August 2025. Research in a variety of specializations and issues is welcome, including, but not limited to, areas such as social justice, migration, the environment, health care, family life, and the dignity of the human person in community. Critical scholarship in service of the pastoral needs of the Church and the Catholic faithful is particularly valued. The ideal candidate will be prepared to teach a sequence of masters-level courses in Foundations of Moral Theology, Bioethics and Health Care, Theology of Human Sexuality, and Catholic Social Teaching. A robust research agenda in any of the sub-specializations of liturgical and sacramental theology is welcome. The ideal candidate will be closely attentive to the diverse pastoral and liturgical needs of the Church and will be prepared to teach a sequence of masters-level courses in Eucharist and Sacraments of Healing, including relevant practica.

This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within
these departments by assisting with technical and event coordination. Provide
technical support for event streams, operating streaming equipment and software.
Provide support for online learning platforms and assist students with access issues,

Summary of Position

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Licensed Nursing staff, the
CNA/HHA will strive for excellence by having the willingness to exceed expectations in
the effective and efficient delivery of resident care by assisting residents with daily
activities, self-administration of medications, monitoring their vital signs and reporting
their mental, physical, or emotional conditions. Will also perform light housekeeping and
bed making. Assumes responsibility to be knowledgeable of current residents’ conditions
and medical issues, as well as all other information pertinent to providing their care by
getting a verbal report at the beginning of scheduled shift from the charge nurse and
giving a verbal report to the charge nurse before end of shift. Must be knowledgeable in
the performance and documentation of vital signs. Performs all required documentation
accurately and thoroughly Assists with residents’ meals whether feeding or serving.
Offers food and hydration throughout the shift. Be trained in and able to perform
medication reminders per the house policy and assists residents with self-administration
of medications. Aids with resident’s personal hygiene such as bathing, grooming and
toileting. Provides exercise, active or passive, including taking immobile residents
outdoors in good weather. Assists residents with safety needs such as transfers, and
position changes plus assures a safe environment. In the absence of the Director of

Summary of Position

The Cook assists with the preparation of food to be served at IHM Oblate
Residence complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene
standards and following established food production programs and procedures Is
also responsible for appropriate use of facility supplies. Prepares food to be
served using established production procedures and systems; determines amount
and type of food and supplies required and ensures availability of supplies and
food. Sets steam table; serves or ensures proper serving of food for tray line or
dining room. Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene
and health standards. Observes proper food preparation and handling techniques.
Stores food properly and safely, marking the date and item. Reports necessary
equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor. Correctly prepares all food
served following standard recipes and special diet orders. Assists with food
production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality,
temperature and appearance of food are preserved. Write down on Grocery List
food items that need to be ordered on a weekly basis. Keeps work area neat and
clean at all times; cleans and maintains equipment, storerooms, freezer and cooler

Makes sure food is pulled for upcoming meal. Takes out trash, helps dishwasher
