Members of the central government gather for a few days ahead of the Joint Session to prepare themselves and attend to any urgent needs of the congregation.

Since they last came together almost a month ago, they also use this time to build and strengthen their community bonds through sharing.

Four significant aspects characterize their gathering:
– Debriefing, Preparing for their participation in the Joint Session, Attending to any possible issues that might need their attention, Taking time to build community amongst themselves.
