On December 8, 2020, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, the U.S. Oblate Province officially installed the next Provincial Council and Officers who will lead for the next three years. Unlike previous installations, the Covid Pandemic did not allow the group to have the ceremony and Mass in person. Only the Provincial (Fr. Louis Studer), One Vicar-provincial (Fr. Jim Brobst) and the Treasurer (Fr. Jim Chambers) were at the Provincial House in Washington, DC, the other Vicar-provincial (Fr. Art Flores) and the Councilors (Fathers Ray Cook, Emmanuel Mulenga, Antonio Ponce and Mark Dean were elsewhere. Everyone participated in the installation and Mass via Zoom.

After the Installation Mass and a lunch break, the group went right to work with the final Provincial Council Meeting of 2020.
