New Online Course on St. Eugene Begins March 1st
“Come and I will show you who you are in God’s eyes” – a short course on St Eugene de Mazenod for the Mazenodian Family
The Kusenberger Chair of Oblate Studies has been offering academic courses in Oblate Studies since 2017 to students throughout the Oblate world. In a new initiative starting on 1 March a series of 20 lectures will begin in English and Spanish specifically prepared for the various lay members of our Mazenodian family.
Every two weeks, starting on March 1, a twenty-minute video will be available in Spanish (David Muñoz OMI) and in English (Frank Santucci OMI) in which the life, charism, mission and spirituality of Saint Eugene de Mazenod will be presented. In June “Eugène 101” will be available in French (Bonga Thami OMI).
There are no assignments and no exams! Each presentation consists of a video lecture, a page with suggestions for reflection (either personal or suitable for use in a group meeting), and suggestions for further reading for those who want to know more.
