Oblate Pre-novices Begin Work in Buffalo, NY

The 2019-2020 Pre-novitiate formation program officially received its candidates on August 18th at Holy Angels Chapel with Oblates and Oblate Associates. We are blessed to have candidates from Tennessee (Brett Jerrolds) Virginia (Aaron de Sa) Illinois (Christopher Streetman) and Texas (Pablo Henning-Marquez, Erick Guillen, Luis, Juan Javier Ramirez, Marlowe, Kedrick Cannon). The program will have students with degrees attending for the first time Christ the King Seminary for pre-theology courses, while those seeking degrees are continuing at D’Youville College and local Community College.

Frs. Juan M. Gaspar and Greg Gallagher are the formation team for Fallon Residence, but the Oblate Community supports and witness to the the men in the program. New Superior of the Community and pastor of Holy Cross, Fr. Francisco Gomez welcomes to the Oblate Community, Frs. Tuan Pham and Juan Gaspar, while Fr. Jim Loiacano assumes the vicar position having previously been in the formation team with the late Fr. Alejandro Roque.
