Oblate Jubilees Celebrated in San Antonio

On Tuesday April 5th, a beautiful Mass of Celebration for our 2016 Jubilarians was held. The joyous celebration took place at 7 PM at the Immaculate Conception Memorial Chapel in San Antonio, Texas, and it was a very well-attended event. In addition to the wonderful Jubilarians, many fellow Oblates, members of the community, and plenty of friends and family were part of this special occasion.

Fr. Art Flores, OMI, and Fr. Richard Hall, OMI were the masters of ceremony, and they beamed with joy at the presentation of the honorees. Rev. Charlie Banks, OMI, -one of the jubilees being honored- gracefully celebrated the mass and delivered a powerful but humble homily.
