Four men stood before U.S. Provincial, the Very Rev. William M. Antone, OMI and made their First Religious Profession on August 1, 2015 at the Church of Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville, Il. The four men are: Vincent Fernandez Adaikalasamy, (India) Lester Antonio Zapata Guerrero, (originally from Nicaragua) Daniel J. Berg, and Thomas G. Franklin, (both from the U.S.)

The Mass took place before a congregation of friends, family, Oblate Associates and Oblates with music provided by Heather Miller and the Shrine Musicians. 

After a short respite, the new Oblates will take up residence at the George Sexton House of Studies in San Antonio, to begin their studies at the Scholasticate.
